Summary, etc. In seiner Dissertation entwickelt, erprobt und evaluiert der Autor ein wissenschaftliches Fortbildungskonzept für Berufsschullehrende zum Unterrichtsthema nachhaltiges Handeln im Beruf. Um die Leitidee der Nachhaltigkeit in der Berufsbildung strukturell zu verankern, brauchen Lehrkräfte konkrete Weiterbildungsangebote und praktischen Input für ihre Schulpraxis. Auf Basis von zwei eigenen Studien ermittelt der Autor zunächst die professionelle Kompetenz der Berufsschullehrenden im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, um daraus Ansatzpunkte für Lehr- und Lernarrangements abzuleiten. Anschließend entwirft er ein Fortbildungskonzept, das er in einer dreistufigen begleitenden Evaluation testet und weiterentwickelt.
